The dress is a boat necked dress with a loose slightly high waisted bodice from which a bell shaped skirt cascades.
It has sleeves that are are pleated and darted to come from the cap of the sleeve. They give you fullness in the sleeve without any gathers and look quite architectural. There is contrast applicated detail at the front dress panels. This dress is utilitarian as well as smart enough for the office.
